About Us

Terry Dan began guiding in his youth for his dad. He not only guides the fields we hunt but also farms them with his brother, Stevan, who together have Bullock Brothers Farm. Terry Dan and his wife, Joan, a retired school teacher, have two sons, Cody and Scott. Terry Dan’s call of choice is his Taylormade Acrylic he has used for decades. If you have the pleasure of hunting with TD it is a rare occasion as he has all but retired his hunting gear for the luxury of a recliner and fireplace.

Cody has been hunting the family club since he was 6 years old. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. His passion for hunting extends from the family duck club to the deer woods and anything outdoors. If he is not guiding hunters you will likely find him in a tree with his bow. Cody is the founder of ROI, LLC, an independent insurance advisory firm in Central Arkansas that specializes in client education and financial planning with nearly 20 years of experience. Hunting has always been a lifelong calling for Cody. He enjoys every minute he gets to spend with our hunters on a daily basis. Cody’s calls of choice include JJ Lares and RNT. Cody’s Yellow Lab, Remi, has retrieved in excess of 2,800 birds in the last two and a half seasons, and while a little crazy, is fun to watch work thanks to Freddy King. In March, Cody and his beautiful wife, April, along with the rest of the DBDC family, welcomed the youngest member with the birth of their daughter, Landry. April and Landry can be found visiting the farm and hunters this season as well.

Ryan has been guiding hunters in the area for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and he and his wife, Lee, live in St. Charles with their daughter, Abby. During the ‘off-season’ you can find Ryan running his local farming operation. Ryan is an avid turkey hunter and bass fisherman as well. His call of choice is anything Rich-N-Tone.

Josh is an avid hunter and entering his 3rd year as full-time guide at DBDC. When not hunting Josh runs the network division of Fleming Inc. in Bryant. He has two black labs named Benelli and Gunner and when he is not hunting you will usually find him either coaching his 7 year old son, Tristan, and his team in baseball or at his Crossfit gym. His calls of choice are his JJ Lares for ducks and Riceland Speck call. Josh lives just outside Benton, AR with his wife, Sarah.

Carson grew up hunting the flooded timber of Arkansas and is a 2nd year guide with us at DBDC. He is an avid turkey hunter, fisherman and enjoys just about anything outdoors related. Carson’s calls of choice include his RNT MVP and RNT Mondo. He is an engineering major in college and has 15 years experience in hunting the river bottoms of the White and various other river systems.

Conner has 15 years experience, mainly hunting the public areas of Arkansas, where he has acquired and wide range of knowledge. Conner is entering his 2nd season with us at DBDC. He is also pursuing his degree from Arkansas State University. When he’s not guiding you will likely find him fishing or in the outdoors. Conner’s call of choice is a RNT Original or RNT DC Mondo.

Wesley is a native of Mississippi where he cut his teeth hunting and guiding in the MS delta but now resides in St. Charles, AR. We are glad to welcome Wesley as our newest addition to DBDC for the 2019/20 season. His passion for the outdoors has blessed him in a career path in the wildlife and forestry industry. His true passion is introducing youth to the outdoors whether in a duck hole or fishing. Wesley’s call of choice includes his JJ Lares and Raggio Custom. Accompanying him is his lab Missy or Willis, aka “Willie Dog”. Wesley loves to spend time with his beautiful wife, Courtney, and his two children, Cooper and Juliana.

RJ is a native of Southern Arkansas and has spent the majority of his life in the outdoors. He is entering his second season with DBDC. His calls of choice include most anything from Brushy Creek Duck Calls (BCDC) owned by his cousin DJ Hargett.

Collin is starting his second season with us at DBDC and has quickly become a favorite for many. Collin is a native of DeWitt and has been hunting, guiding and farming the area nearly all his life. With over 10 years of guiding experience for anything from ducks to specks to snow geese, Collin has the first hand experience that most have come to expect from a seasoned guide. He is typically accompanied by his dog, Jake. His calls of choice are RNT, Haydel and Zink speck calls. He is a Benelli guy and will be toting his Benelli Super Black Eagle he has coined as “Frankenstein”. Collin has a young son, Jon Collin, and is married to his wife, Toni, who will be adding another member to the family later this year.
